Do I need an account to use Contact Point?
No account is needed for local templates in the Chrome extension. An account is only needed for admins who manage shared cloud templates for a team.
Can my team share HubSpot templates?
Yes. One admin creates and manages the shared cloud templates, then gives team members extension access keys so everyone can use the same approved templates in HubSpot.
Does Contact Point work with WhatsApp templates in HubSpot?

Are cloud templates editable inside the extension?
